About: Alejandro joined Honor Brewing because he wanted the opportunity to make a meaningful impact beyond leading a kitchen. Drawn to the brewery's reputation, commitment to exceptional guest experiences, and growing culinary program, he is excited to bring his leadership, creativity, and passion for food to the team.

Although he did not serve in the military himself, Alejandro has a strong appreciation for those who have through close family connections, especially his wife's uncle, who served more than 20 years in the U.S. Army and retired as a Master Sergeant at Fort Bragg. His service has given Alejandro a deep respect for the dedication, discipline, and sacrifices of America's service members.

Fun Fact: Alejandro is a proud Guatemalan, lifelong metalhead, and avid vinyl collector with a special love for Slayer!

Married to a Puerto Rican, his home is filled with great food and loud music. When he's not in the kitchen, he enjoys smoking and grilling meats and spending time with his two Labs, Ivy and Lia.
