About: Allen O. Cage Jr., served in the U.S. Army for 24 years, where his contributions ranged from flying the Cobra gunship to managing government procurement and purchase card programs. After retiring from the U.S. Army, he founded AOC Solutions Federal Financial Management in 1996.
To give back to his community, Allen co-founded the YouthQuest Foundation in 2005, a non-profit that provides educational opportunities and scholarships for at-risk teens.
Allen started Honor Brewing Company in 2014 with a goal to brew great beer but also make a meaningful impact in the community.
Fun Fact: Allen is a certified scuba diver!

About: Honor Brewing Company was founded by Ryan’s father, Allen Cage, in 2014. During that time, he focused on launching his first CrossFit gym, PR Star Fitness, and was involved in the fitness world. By 2021, he seized the opportunity to join Honor Brewing and contribute to its growth and mission. His connection to service is rooted in his family’s military background: his father, Allen Cage, served in the Army for 24 years, and his brother, Tre Cage, dedicated 10 years to the Air Force. While he did not serve personally, growing up in a military family instilled in him a profound sense of pride and admiration for their service to the country.
Fun Fact: Ryan has made over 100 different Lego models.

About: Rachel joined Honor Brewing Company with the goal of contributing to and helping to build their family-owned business. Her personal connection to service is through her grandfather, who served in World War II.
Fun Fact: Rachel is an avid reader and is our go to expert for the newest thrillers!
Favorite Honor Drink: Classic Lite
About: Bobby joined Honor Brewing Company following his work with the Cage family at PR Star Fitness. His attraction to Honor Brewing stemmed from its philanthropic mission, particularly its support for veteran and first-responder charities. Bobby served for five years with the Prince William County Police Department as a patrol officer and SWAT team member. His role extended to General Instructor and Firearms Instructor within the department. His family’s legacy of service includes his father’s 30-year tenure as an Army officer and his grandfather’s service in the Navy during WW2, followed by the Air Force Reserves.
Fun Fact: Andrew benches more than me.
Favorite Honor Drink: Bee Sting Signature Cocktail
About: Hayley Peters was drawn to Honor Brewing Company after working for the Cage family at another business they owned, initially joining to assist with events and administrative tasks. Her role has since expanded to involve various departments, providing her with invaluable learning opportunities. Hayley’s connection to service stems from being the granddaughter of John A. Van Lenten and Robert E. Hunter, both Air Force veterans of the Korean War, whose dedication to their country inspires her own commitment to Honor Brewing’s charitable mission.
Fun Fact: Hayley used to be a competitive weightlifter and is slowly working her way back to the competition platform after having two sweet boys
Favorite Honor Drink: Sonic Boom DIPA
About: Randy was attracted to Honor Brewing Company by the team and their mission. He eagerly embraced the opportunity to contribute to building a community centered around great beer, camaraderie, and support for those who serve and protect. His connection to service includes generations of firefighters in his family: his great grandfather, grandfather, father, and himself all served in the Fire Service. During his career with Loudoun County Fire and Rescue, Randy was stationed at Company 20 in Leesburg, adding to his family’s legacy of service.
Fun Fact: At one point in Randy’s athletic career he had a 41” vertical jump. (Currently, he struggles to hop over curbs)
Favorite Honor Drink: Revenge of the Pit is my old favorite. Broken TV #1 and Secret Stache are my new favorites.
About: Over the past 7 years with the company, Amanda has witnessed its substantial evolution, finding excitement in its continuous growth and transformation. Her personal connection to service includes: her grandfather served as a Military Police officer in the Army during WWII, her father-in-law retired as a Captain after 27 years in the Navy, and her best friend recently concluded a 9-year career in the Navy upon retirement earlier this year.
Fun Fact: Amanda can play Billy Joel’s “Root Beer Rag” on the piano.
Favorite Honor Drink: Strawberry Lemonade Gedunk
About: Taylor was introduced to Honor Brewing Company through Jeff Clark, whom she has worked with for nearly 9 years. His enthusiasm for the new brewery he joined prompted Taylor to join the team. Her connection to service is familial: her father served in the Air Force for 4 years and has since dedicated 28 years to firefighting, currently holding the position of Chief at Arcola Fire Department.
Fun Fact: Taylor loves to change her hair color as often as the wind blows!

About: Kelsey was attracted to Honor Brewing Company as an opportunity to expand her career, leveraging her creative skills and industry experience. She joined the company because she believed in its mission. Her personal connection to service is through her grandfather, who served in the Korean War.
Fun Fact: Kelsey is a twin!

About: Jeff brings over 20 years of invaluable experience to our team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise in the restaurant industry. Jeff’s dedication to his craft is matched only by his commitment to his family, making him a perfect fit for our values-driven team.
Fun Fact: Jeff is an outdoor enthusiast, two-time marathon runner, and mediocre guitar player (his words).

About: Sean joined Honor Brewing Company after retiring from the Air Force, driven by his desire to work for a veteran-owned company. His 10-year Air Force career focused on communications, including cybersecurity and hardware maintenance. Sean’s assignments ranged from Lackland AFB in San Antonio to Guam, where he supported communications for the Pacific Air Force. Recognized for his achievements, he received multiple awards, including Airman of the Year at Sheppard AFB.
Fun Fact: Sean enjoys 3D printing and laser etching in his spare time.
Favorite Honor Drink: Classic Crush Cocktail
About: Devan fell in love with the Honor Brewing mission as a patron at the original Chantilly location. She opened the Sterling location as a bartender and moved up to head bartender and now bar manager! Devan’s father served in the Marine Corps and her grandfather served in the Navy during WWII.
Fun Fact: Devan is a certified scuba diver!

About: Olivia joined Honor Brewing’s team as a bartender looking to gain more knowledge on the company and expand her knowledge in the brewery world.
Fun Fact: Olivia studied sports medicine in school.

About: Andrew joined Honor in 2022, he was looking for a career change while moving back home from Colorado. Honor provided a great opportunity to learn and grow. Andrew’s largest tie to the military is his father who retired after 20+ years in the Navy.
Fun Fact: I bench more than Bobby!

About: Michael was drawn to Honor Brewing Company by its mission to support the community and those who have served or are currently serving. His personal connection to service is through his great grandfather, who served in the Navy during World War II.
Fun Fact: Michael loves back country snowboarding.

About: Wesley was drawn to Honor Brewing Company by his passion for craft beer and a profound admiration for their mission to honor and support American heroes. His personal connection to service comes through his father, who served in the Navy.
Fun Fact: Wesley has a collection of over 100 board games.

About: Blair joined Honor six years ago to share his passion of cooking BBQ, and to help Allen sell beer. Blair was born in Fort Belvoir when his father worked at the Pentagon. Blairs father attended the Oklahoma Military Academy and served in the Army, his uncle fought in Vietnam, and his cousin, a Marine sniper, is buried at Arlington Cemetery.
Fun Fact: Blair won Grand Champion in his first BBQ Competition!

About: Michael Santiago is an accomplished executive chef whose culinary journey has led him to Honor Brewing, drawn by the uplifting atmosphere and strong commitment to giving back to the community.
Fun Fact: Michael loves to go on hikes with his wife and their American Bulldog, Gwen.

About: Michael joined the Honor Brewing team with a goal to learn and expand his culinary knowledge.
Fun Fact: Michael has a musical and acting background and has even starred in a couple of musicals!

About: Joe joined Honor Brewing Company initially as a Brand Ambassador driven by his passion for BBQ, beer, and supporting fellow veterans. His connection to service includes a distinguished military career as former CW4 in the US Army Aviation (CAV), serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2005 and 2009.
Fun Fact: Joe was born in Kansas City, MO, graduated from VMI in 2000 and is a KC Royals fan since birth.
